Routes

• Red Route: city centre, Prater and Danube Island area. Normally operates 09:30-16:30, about every 20-30 minutes, 13 stops.
• Blue Route: Schoenbrunn Palace, Belvedere and other city highlights. Normally operates 09:45-16:45, about every 20-30 minutes, 7 stops.

• Children under 5 travel free. Child tickets apply from age 5 to 15. Adult tickets apply from age 16.
• Select the date you want to first use the bus. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days.
• TicketsVienna issues a voucher. Redeem it with Big Bus staff or the driver before boarding. Ticket validity starts when Big Bus redeems or activates the ticket.
• Partner vouchers are valid for redemption for 6 months after the sale date, unless Big Bus product rules change.

• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing with the reason within 72 hours. The partner agreement gives no automatic right to cancellation.
