How do I receive my tickets?

After checkout, we confirm availability and email you the booking confirmation with your e-tickets and all entry details. Show them on your phone or print them; nothing is sent by post. If a venue issues its tickets at the box office, the confirmation tells you where to collect them.

Can I change my date?

A date change is not guaranteed: it depends on the ticket type, the event's cancellation terms, seat availability and the organizer's rules. Send us your request with your order number as early as possible and we will do our best. If your booking includes a cancellation option, you can also cancel it up to the deadline shown in your confirmation and book a new date.

Are seats assigned?

Seat assignment depends on the venue and ticket category; the event page shows the details. Tickets you book together in one order are seated together.
