Flexible tickets

Organizer cancellation
If an organizer cancels an event, we contact affected customers and process the applicable refund or alternative date.
Before booking
Please review the ticket type, event date, venue, seating/category details, and cancellation terms shown on the event page before completing checkout. Tickets for leisure events on a specific date are usually exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal right under EU and Austrian consumer rules.
Customer cancellation and date changes
If your plans change, use the cancellation request page or contact support as early as possible. Date changes and refunds depend on the ticket type, the event-specific cancellation window, seat availability, and the organizer terms.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank, and may take up to 14 business days.
